Verification Framework
What EVE³ does.
EVE³ helps organize document review, extract relevant information, compare submitted records, and produce confidence indicators, flags, and recommendations for human review.
Core Functions
EVE³ supports the verification process.
Extract Information
Current model analysis covers uploaded identity, business registration, and insurance documents.
Compare Records
Names, business details, credential information, and expiration dates can be compared across submitted records.
Flag Differences
Missing, inconsistent, or conflicting information can be marked for additional review.
Organize Results
Analysis, confidence indicators, flags, and recommendations are organized so a verifier can see what matched, what needs attention, and what remains unresolved.
Identity Baseline
Review begins with identity.
A government-issued identity document is submitted first. Relevant identity information is used to create the baseline for later comparisons.
When business registration and insurance records are uploaded later, EVE³ can compare those documents against the identity and business information already established.
Review Signals
What EVE³ looks for.

Human Review
EVE³ assists the review. It does not replace it.
Automated analysis can identify likely matches and discrepancies, but it does not replace human review. Official-source checks remain human-controlled, and an authorized human makes the final verification decision.
Submitted information appears consistent.
Information requires additional verification.
Submitted information conflicts with another record.

Limits
What EVE³ does not do.
Verification of credentials does not predict the quality of future work.
A verified record is not a general endorsement of a person or business.
EVE³ provides analysis and recommendations. An authorized human makes the final decision.
